QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Committee on Ways and Means voted unanimously in approval of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). The said committee approved the tax provisions of the said law, thereby recognizing the fiscal autonomy of the new Bangsamoro entity.
