There is a need for a large fund to ensure zero casualty as well as to continue to support residents that will be affected by the impending explosion of the Mayon volcano.
This is according to the estimate of NDRRMC Administrator and OCD Executive Director Alexander Pama after inspecting the situation of residents in evacuation centers.
Pama visited Camalig North Elementary School where most of the evacuees from the 6km permanent danger zone were staying and the Travesia Elementary School in Guinobatan.
