As one of the remote sites chosen, members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in Temple Hills, Maryland, USA participated in the worldwide evangelical mission headed by Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, Executive Minister of the Church.

TEMPLE HILLS, Maryland, United States (Eagle News) — Nearly 400 people gathered at the streaming site in Temple Hills, Maryland late Saturday evening as part of the Reconnect Evangelical Mission. The foul weather couldn’t keep the attendees away as congregants from Temple Hills and Northern Virginia brought their guests with them, to take part of this record breaking gathering.
Mr. Percy Wheeler, of Suitland, Maryland, was so excited to hear the INC Executive Minister preach, he brought his son, Michael Wheeler-Bey, Sr with him for this event. Mr Wheeler-Bey, Sr, who is a practicing student of Islam, found the teaching of INC Executive Minister, Eduardo Manalo, to be extremely enlightening and a beginning to his search and journey.
District Minister, Rex Rosquites said the Reconnect Mission tonight was just the beginning for the District of Mid-Atlantic, as they already have events and plans in place for these coming months to further nurture the teachings that were imparted to their guests through today’s record breaking gathering.
