QUEZON City, Philippines – In an interview with Ely Saludar, Commission on Election Chairman Andres Bautista gives his assessment regarding the 2016 Local and National elections. He said that minor disturbances are normal during the elections and that the transmission of the election results were done more quickly compared to last election. The proclamation of national candidates can be possibly done tomorrow, May 10.
