QUEZON City (May 9) – Several of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates were early worms as they went to their voting precincts early in the morning to vote. This includes Vice-President Jejomar Binay, his running mate Senator Gringo Honasan and Rep. Leni Robredo. Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago was also one of the first to vote wherein she made a comment about the use of cardboard boxes where the voting receipts were placed. Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas voted in Roxas City, Capiz.
