QUEZON CITY, Philippines – Thousands participated in the second Metro-wide Shake Drill with schools, offices and even residences taking part in order to be prepared for the coming of a large earthquake in Metro Manila. There were also simulations conducted in the airport as well as in LRT stations. Many scenarios were conducted in order to test and train personnel in the use of modern rescue equipment.
