QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — One of the sites where the Iglesia Ni Cristo conducted the Worldwide Lingap sa Mamamayan is in Culiat, Quezon City.
INC District Minister Romer Galang said that the church officers and ministers of the district conducted devotional prayers for one week in preparation for the event.
Residents of Culiat received free medical and dental services as well as bags of goods in the Lingap sa Mamamayan and among the recipients were Muslim residents who were affected by the long war in Marawi against the IS-inspired terrorist group.
Barangay Culiat is one of the more than 100 sites in the Philippines where the INC Lingap sa Mamamayan (#AidforHumanity) was conducted simultaneously, aside from the other sites abroad, on Sunday, October 29, 2017.
