Ilang bahagi ng Samar binaha, libu-libong pamilya lumikas

(Eagle News) — Dahil sa malalakas na buhos ng ulan, libu-libong pamilya ang lumikas sa ilang bayan sa eastern Samar. Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) ang bumuhos na ulang ito sa probinsya nitong Sabado ay katumbas na ng ulan sa loob ng kalahating buwan ng Disyembre.
