In photos: Faeldon takes oath as BuCor chief

In these pictures provided by Department of Justice spokesperson and Undersecretary Mark Perete, Nicanor Faeldon is seen taking his oath as the new Bureau of Corrections chief.

Before his current post, Faeldon was an administrator of the Office of the Civil Defense.

Faeldon was Customs chief prior to this appointment, but he resigned following public indignation over the P6.4-billion shabu shipment that slipped past the country last year.
