LONDON, United Kingdom (Eagle News) — Members of the Church Of Christ and their invited guests in the United Kingdom again gathered to enjoy another INCLive event in Wolverhampton, trying their hand in activities that inspired them.
After the success of last year’s INCLive, the church members excitedly held another round of INCLive, with participants setting up numerous booths that varied in choices from singing, dancing, film, photography, video editing, radio, business and career, to makeup, food and even cutting hair.
The recent event highlighted activities related to these — Livelihood, Interaction, Values and Entertainment — thus the INC LIVE acronym.
Organizers thought very hard and prepared for weeks and months to make sure the participants, of all ages, could have a way to participate and learn from every booth they went to.
The day started off with an Evangelical Mission where the members gathered with their guests. Afterwards, they had a chance to visit all the booths of the INC LIVE event.
Not only could you get goodies at the booths, but there was also a chance to win prizes in the cake decorating competition.
“I found out about the cake decorating competition when I was approached to participate. At first I was very overwhelmed and wary about doing it since I’ve never done something like decorating cakes, most especially for a competition! However, I knew that, although it’s a competition, all of this would be done for the glory of God,” said Erynn Alamariz who participated in a cake decorating competition in the INC LIVE event for the first time.
“The experience was very enjoyable because I was surrounded by people who were as determined as I was, not to win but to participate to the best of our abilities, and I think that’s what it’s all about,” she said.
The day ended with an awards ceremony and lively performances from the INC Production Company, which showed the talent and enthusiasm of the participants from the United Kingdom.
Those who came thoroughly enjoyed being part of this event, and said they were looking forward to another INC LIVE event next year.
