QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Bureau of Internal Revenue chief Cesar Dulay assured the public that he will change the bureau’s image from being the most corrupt government agency to one of the cleanest in government.
Dulay said that he will clean up the agency by placing professionals who will perform in the BIR, as well as by removing corrupt officials in the agency. Dulay added that he will also improve collection efficiency and will also review BIR rules and regulations.
