(Eagle News)—-Isolated light rains are expected in Metro Manila and other parts of the country on Sunday, March 3, as the northeast monsoon affects Luzon and the Visayas.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said apart from Metro Manila, Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over Mindanao due to localized thunderstorms, which means, according to PAGASA, isolated floods were possible.
Northern and Central Luzon, PAGASA said, will experience moderate to occasionally strong winds, with moderate to rough coastal waters.
Visayas and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, shall experience slight to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said.
PAGASA said slight to moderate winds and coastal waters will prevail over Mindanao.
