(Eagle News)–Isolated rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today as the easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
It said flash floods during severe thunderstorms were possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers but due to localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate winds and coastal waters.
The rest of the country, PAGASA said, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
