(Eagle News)—Isolated rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today, April 4, as the easterlies affect the archipelago.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA said flash floods during severe thunderstorms were possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy skies.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon, while moderate to occasionally rough waters were expected.
The eastern section of the country will experience moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
