Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are also possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said, while the rest of Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
