(Eagle News)–The Judicial and Bar Council has asked Court of Tax Appeals associate justice applicant Maria Milagros-Fernan Cayosa to explain why she supposedly withheld pertinent information from her personal data sheet.
In a letter dated April 26 and signed by JBC executive officer Annaliza Ty-Capacite, the council gave Fernan-Cayosa three days to explain in writing why she failed to disclose the “administrative matters” she was facing in her PDS notarized on Jan. 31.
The JBC said the same was pointed out by one of the council’s regular members during an executive committee meeting the day before.
“Pursuant to the instruction of the execom, may we respectfully request your honor to inform the JBC in writing..,” the council said.
