(Eagle News)–A 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato anew on Saturday, Oct. 19.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.3-magnitude quake on Oct. 16, hit 22 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 7:44 p.m.
Depth of focus was 29 kilometers.

Instrumental Intensities:
Intensity III – Malungon, Sarangani; Koronadal City
Intensity II – Tupi, South Cotabato
Intensity I – General Santos City
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
