(Eagle News)–A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Oriental on Friday, May 31.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 92 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso at 6:12 p.m.
Depth of focus of the quake was 72 kilometers.
An intensity V was reported in Mati, while an intensity II was reported in Bislig.
The following instrumental intensities were recorded:
Intensity IV- Alabel and Kiamba, Sarangani
Intensity III-Kidapawan
Intensity I-Cagayan de Oro, Bislig
