(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has arrived at the Philippine Arena for the 30th SEA Games opening ceremonies. Duterte arrived at around 6:30 p.m., before the scheduled start of the historic SEA Games opening at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019.
Upon arrival, he was welcomed by Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (Phisgoc) chairperson and House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano, and Atty. GP Santos of Maligaya Development Corporation, and other sports officials.
