MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – The Department of Labor and Employment fined the CJC Manpower Services, the subcontractor of Kentex Manufacturing after it was discovered in the investigation of the DOLE that said subcontractor is liable for many violations against the Labor Code, mainly in non-payment of the benefits of its employees.
