Lack of skills, not jobs, is the problem – DOLE

MANILA, Philippines – According to the Department of Labor and Employment, it is not the lack of jobs but the lack of skills that is the real cause of unemployment, with only 10 out of 1000 applicants hired due to mismatch in industrial requirements.
