APRIL 28 (Eagle News) — Jeffrey Laude’s camp revealed their prayer for damages against United States Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton.
According to one of the family’s lawyers, many factors were considered which caused the delay for the prayer for damage. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court already received the request of Laude’s camp to open the trial to media coverage. (Olongapo City, Zambales)
