Isabela representative Rodito Albano said that the Congress should carefully deliberate before passing the Bangsamoro Basic Law which will create a Bangsamoro entity which will replace the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao, saying that it may be the basis of other autonomous entities in the country.
