(Eagle News)—Light rains will prevail over several parts of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, as the northeast monsoon affects the country.
Visayas and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, of Visayas and of Mindanao will experience moderate to strong winds, while northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds.
