- Both lanes of EDSA P. Tuazon – gutter-deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 9:10 a.m.
- Both lanes of East Ave NKTI Hospital – gutter-deep, passable to all types of vehicles as 9:58 a.m.
- Southbound lane of EDSA Ortigas Ave. POEA – gutter-deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 9:58 a.m.
- Northbound lane of EDSA Quezon Ave. Centris NB – gutter-deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 10:05 a.m.
