Chinese billionaire Jack Ma doing President Rodrigo Duterte’s signature pose with no less than the chief executive himself. The Alibaba founder is in the country for a talk at Dela Salle University, which also bestowed on him a Doctor of Science in Technopreneurship on Wednesday.
