The Palace on Wednesday, December 6, made public Memorandum Order No. 17 directing the Philippine National Police and other agencies to provide “active support” to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in the government’s war on drugs. Although President Rodrigo Duterte recognized the strides made by PDEA, he also recognized the agency’s lack of resources, particularly of human personnel.
