(Eagle News) — President Duterte had a meeting with the parents of 17-year-old Kian delos Santos on Monday.

The 17-year-old was killed in what police said was an anti-drug operation in Caloocan on Aug.16.
The police said the boy had fired at them as they approached him, prompting him to retaliate.
But the boy’s father disputed the police account, noting that their son was unarmed and was being dragged by the police in footage from the barangay’s closed-circuit television camera.
The Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service has filed administrative charges against the police who took part in the raid.
The police are also facing criminal charges.
