MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board cancelled the franchise of the Valisno Bus Express in relation to an accident in Quezon City last year. Said accident resulted in the death of four people when a Valisno bus collided with a concrete post. After the accident, the LTFRB suspended the franchise of said bus express for 30 days.
