(Eagle News) — Grab Philippines has 15 days to appeal the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s order slapping the company with a P10 million fine for overcharging passengers.
This is according to LTFRB Chair Martin Delgra III, who spoke in a radio interview on Thursday, July 12.
On July 9, the LTFRB issued the order against Grab, which was also instructed to reimburse passengers affected by its P2 per minute travel charge from June 5, 2017 to April 10, 2018.
It was PBA Partylist Jericho Nograles who revealed what he said was the overcharge, saying Grab owed passengers around P1.8 billion as a result.
