The Land Transportantion Franchising and Regulatory Board has issued 730 special permits for Metro Manila buses.
Based on this special permit, the Metro Manila buses will be allowed to go out of their regular routes this holiday season to be of service to thousands of passengers who are expected to go home to their provinces before the year ends.
The effectivity of the special permits will be from Monday, December 22 this year until January 3, 2015.
