QUEZON City, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board released 500 special bus permits in order to accommodate the rush of passengers this holiday season. The special permits are in effect starting today December 23 until January 3, with Northern Luzon, Bicol region and Visayas routes having the most number of permits released.
