MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board is planning to install anti-theft devices in taxis. Said plan came as a response to a series of carnapped taxis used in crimes like robbery and rape. Meanwhile, the LTFRB asked commuters, especially those who are travelling at night or dawn to be careful.
