LTFRB warns taxi drivers

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) warned taxi drivers to not turn away passengers during the holiday season specially during peak hours. Commuters are asked to report said taxi drivers so that the appropriate penalties can be applied against them.
