LTO prioritizes license plate problem

MANILA, Philippines, August 25 (Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is re-doubling its efforts to solve the problem regarding the shortage of license plates, adding that by target they will be able to catch up with their license plate backlog that has reached 900,000.
