LTO to ban use of vintage cars

MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Office will implement stricter rules regarding vintage vehicles. Under a new administration order, vintage car owners are still obliged to register their vehicles but can only use them during the weekends and holidays as well as during special occasions like exhibits and vintage vehicle events. A vehicle is considered vintage if it was made 40 years ago.
