LTO to release drivers’ license cards of OFWs in Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced on Monday (April 03), that Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) from Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia can now apply for a driver’s license card via the Internet.

Applicants must fill out a form that can be downloaded from the website www.lto.gov.ph.

They should then scan their application form and the following requirements: Passport showing identification details and photo, and the passport page showing the arrival stamp at current country; LTO Driver’s License official receipt; and a soft copy of their 2×2 picture with a blue background.

These should be sent to the LTO email address: OFWDL@LTO.comph.

An e-mail confirmation will then be sent to their e-mail address. The e-mail states the delivery date of the driver’s license card.

They can then claim the card from the embassy they specified in their application form.
