QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Thursday, September 1 placed the Luzon Grid under yellow alert due to insufficient ancillary services (AS) capacity.
According to the NGCP, the available grid capacity is now at 9, 508 megawatts with a peak demand of 8, 911 megawatts.
