QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – The mayor of Maasin, Iloilo implemented a curfew in his town following the attack on the police station in Maasin, Iloilo by members of the New People’s Army (NPA).
Maasin Mayor Mariano Malones implemented a curfew from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. This is expected to last for one month or once authorities in the area determine that Maasin is safe from further attacks.
