(Eagle News) — These majestic mountain views were taken by Eagle News correspondent Erwin Pacardo while traveling early morning in Sabangan, Mountain Province on February 9, 2016. Clouds touched the mountains that morning, and travelers can literally touch the clouds as fog enveloped the surrounding areas. Sabangan is a fifth class municipality in Mountain Province. It is subdivided into 15 barangays.
