Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda clarified that the United States Military did not participate in the Oplan Exodus operation, it was the Special Action Force (SAF) commandos effort to capture the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI’s) most wanted terrorist Zulkifli Abdhir alias “Marwan”.
