QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) – Malacañang is seriously considering placing Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa under the Witness Protection Program (WPP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ).
This was after Mayor Espinosa said that his life is in danger after naming big personalities involved in the illegal drug trade.
