In response to the warning issued by the American Chamber of Commerce regarding the difficulty of living in the Metro Manila area due to the traffic situation, Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma laid down several plans that the administration implemented that will meet the needs of those residing and working in Metro Manila.
