QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Ernesto Abella denied the allegations made by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and Leila De Lima that retired police officer Arturo Lascañas is the former right hand of President Rodrigo Duterte when he was still the Davao City mayor.
Panelo also said that the President only considers the Special Assistant to the President, Bong Go, as his right-hand man.
