Malacañang ready to include the public in charter change

QUEZON City, Philippines – After the latest Pulse Asia survey showed that four out of ten Filipinos do not agree with federalism, Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said that the Malacañang is ready to involve the public in the debate and discussion regarding charter change. Andanar added that it is about time to review the 1987 Constitution especially with 77% of the public not conversant with the issue.
