The Malacañang guaranteed that Php 4 billion be set aside to serve as a rehabilitation fund after the rampage of “Nona”. Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma added that said fund was set aside after President Benigno S. Aquino III ordered such in a meeting attended by several members of the Cabinet.
