QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Malacañang is set to issue a memorandum-order that will return the anti-illegal drug operations to the Philippine National Police.
Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said that Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea will issue the memorandum-order.
President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday, November 22, said that the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency’s personnel are not enough to fight the illegal drugs machinery,.
“Whether I like it or not, I have to return that power to the police,” the President said in a speech.
