MANILA, Philippines, June 1 (Eagle News) — Senate Committee on Local Government Chair Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. reacted to critics’ accusations that he is delaying the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), saying that perceived delays are the result of his committee’s consultation of the various groups that will be affected by the said law. He added that he is also ensuring the constitutionality of the said law.
