Martial law no longer an issue – Senator Marcos

MANILA, Philippines – According to Senator Bongbong Marcos, martial law is no longer an issue in the 2016 elections with the Filipinos more concerned with basic needs like jobs, food, water and electricity. He added that the martial law issue is just propaganda.
