QUEZON City, Philippines, June 4 (Eagle News) — According to Bayan Muna Representative Neri Colmenares, Meralco and twelve power plants should give a refund to the consumers as the investigatory unit of the Energy Regulatory Commission revealed an alleged “conspiracy” between aforementioned parties that resulted in an increase in the price of electricity.
